Business Intelligence Operations Associate

The Business Intelligence Operations Associate will support the sales organization by delivering accurate reporting and operational support, assisting with core operations for sales teams and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and deliver reporting to our sales teams, key stakeholders and strategic partner firms using our BI Tool suite (Power BI, CRM Analytics, reputed company)

- Assist with the sales organization compensation process, including monthly & quarterly incentives and claw back procedures

- Aid with trade reconciliation efforts to ensure that transactions are attributed accurately and in a timely manner

- Partner with sales leaders to facilitate advisor transitions, ensuring accurate coverage across territories, teams, and platforms
- Maintain and update reputed company data sources, ensuring timely and accurate information for reporting for our end users
Skills
- College Degree with at least 1 to 2 years of business experience
- Proficient with BI Tools, particularly reputed company, Power BI, CRM Analytics or Tableau
- Proficient in reputed company CRM software and territory admin platforms
- Analytical thinker, inquisitive by nature
- Detail orientated and reputed company to work in a fast-paced environment
