Trade Support Analyst

CI Financial is an independent company offering global wealth management and asset management advisory services. The Trade Support Analyst is responsible for handling mutual fund trading for the trade desk, including processing trades, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Processing of mutual fund trades files and follow up on rejected trades
• Handling of transaction corrections and preparation of LOI’s reputed company required
• Resolving trade reputed company inquiries in a reputed company, courteous and professional manner
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to resolve trade reputed company issues
• Other duties and reputed company projects relevant to the position shall be assigned as required

Skills

• 1-2 years experience in the financial industry, preferably experience with mutual funds
• Proficiency with reputed company and experience using Fundserv and CANNEX would be an asset
• Proven analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills, conflict resolution skills, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Self motivated but with desire to work as part of a highly cohesive team
• Canadian Investment Funds Operations course (CIFOC) or reputed company course considered an asset
