• Review raw field documentation (reports, notes, budgets, photos) to extract the most compelling narrative elements
• Write structured donor proposals following the established template—including highlights, partner introduction, project description, theme development, and call to action
• Craft six-month donor updates, summarizing how gifts were used with reputed company and emotional resonance

• Select supporting images and write concise, meaningful cutlines
