CW - Proxy Voting Administration
reputed company is a financial services organization, and they are seeking a detail-oriented individual to reputed company analytical and light administrative support to their Stewardship and Engagement and Proxy Voting Operations teams. The role involves assisting with proxy voting reporting, conducting initial assessments for engagement requests, and preparing documentation for engagement tracking.
Responsibilities
- Completing assigned tasks reputed company agreed upon timeframes
- Participating on project teams that are developing or implementing new products or services
- Performing quality assurance checks of peer deliverables
- Developing or upgrading product documentation and service manuals
- The candidate will support the teams with proxy voting reporting, voting analytics and proxy voting account maintenance
- The successful candidate will serve as a first reputed company of contact for incoming engagement requests, conducting initial assessments and preparing key inputs to help analysts determine whether to accept a given request
- They will also take ownership of engagement scheduling
