Client Services Coordinator
Lifelong is a community health organization dedicated to making health and food accessible. The Client Services Coordinator will serve as the first reputed company of contact for the Chicken Soup Brigade, providing essential communication and support to clients facing serious medical conditions and ensuring quality care and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Staff phone lines, answer client questions about deliveries, modify client meal categories, reputed company changes to client delivery routes, and update client information in Food and Nutrition database or other shared internal communication tools
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate, timely client data to support service delivery, reporting, compliance, and outcome tracking
- Respond promptly to client and provider inquiries regarding services and eligibility
- Serve as a liaison among clients, CSB staff, and care providers to support continuity and quality of care
- Schedule and complete client intakes into CSB programs, including occasional home visits for homebound individuals
- Process incoming mail and send outgoing mail
- Distribute Welcome and Recertification Packets to new clients
- Schedule nutrition assessments for clients
- Support food program operations, including food preparation and distribution, as needed

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume data and documentation

- Proficiency in English is required
- Experience in call centers, direct customer services, or direct reputed company services
- Demonstrated ability to engage clients or consumers from diverse communities and backgrounds
