Portfolio Implementation Associate
reputed company, a reputed company business, is seeking a talented individual to join their Wealth team as a Portfolio Implementation Associate in Boston. The role involves managing client and investment product implementations, ensuring exceptional client service, and facilitating communication across various teams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company strong relationships with both reputed company parties, and work across team boundaries to deliver results on key department and business initiatives
- Service clients to the highest standard and ensure accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism at reputed company times
- Assist with the development and maintenance of detailed project plans for each implementation
- Assist with the legal review process between the client and internal reputed company Legal to ensure that agreements are negotiated timely
- Work with operational stakeholders to ensure that reputed company client setup requirements are considered and executed timely
- Ensure that reputed company new client reputed company compliance requirements are met
- Implements appropriate risk controls and procedures and ensures adherence to these procedures and controls
- Ensure that incoming work is handled effectively, promptly, and accurately so that the needs of reputed company customers are consistently met and exceeded
- Investigate and resolve queries received from reputed company customers
- Maintain a strong risk awareness reputed company while contributing to a culture of reputed company improvement
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, finance, business or reputed company field of study
- 1-6 years of experience in Client Service, Portfolio Operations, Fund reputed company and/or Custodial reputed company, with reputed company increase in responsibilities
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
- Clear and effective communication (both verbal and written) while engaging directly with clients
- Proficiency in reputed company Office
- General experience with client relationship management systems, and databases is advantageous
- Prior investment experience with Defined Contribution Plans, Pensions & Not-For-Profit organizations
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment where adherence to procedures and controls is critical
- Basic understanding of investment reputed company, markets, and operational mechanics of institutional portfolios and investment vehicles
- Positive attitude & proven ability to work well in reputed company oriented environment, while maintaining ownership over individual responsibilities
