Junior Accountant, Accounts Payable

The Junior Accountant, Accounts Payable will support the reputed company team with financial operations focusing on accounts payable, reconciliations, and general reputed company functions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the business.
Responsibilities
- Process and post accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare and post journal entries
- reputed company inventory and vendor account reconciliations
- Process, approve, and reconcile employee travel and expense reports through Concur
- Manage vendor reputed company and maintain accurate vendor master data
- Execute payments including checks, ACH, and reputed company transfers
- reputed company vendor statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Research and resolve billing and invoice inquiries with internal and external partners
- Support month-end reputed company procedures through various reputed company tasks
- Assist with year-end audit preparation and 1099 reporting
- Support SOX control procedures and compliance requirements
- Prepare periodic sustainability reports (electric and gas usage) for reputed company U.S. locations

Skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in reputed company or a reputed company field
- 1–2 years of reputed company or accounts payable experience

- Exposure to ERP systems
