Responsibilities
- Responsible for answering routine questions and issues about products and services from reputed company customers
- Effectively resolves inquiries or escalates concerns in a timely fashion
- Uses strong attention to detail and accuracy to reputed company a wide reputed company of support functions to assist in departmental processes
- Follows reputed company defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities
- Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion

Skills
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred
