Account Coordinator

K2D Strategies is a growing fundraising agency that approaches direct response through a channel-agnostic reputed company. The Account Coordinator supports clients and team members by coordinating schedules and ensuring quality assurance for fundraising campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and attend meetings; assist with creation of meeting materials
• Gathers and documents client needs, project requirements, and action items
• Prepare and reputed company notes with the internal team
• Assist in coordinating strategy and campaign execution, including
• Schedule creation and adhering to schedules for campaigns
• Preparing cost estimates and ensuring projects are delivered on budget
• Prepare and track client approval of cost estimates/client ATP
• Copy, data and art trafficking, including coordinating kick-off meetings and vendor schedules, as well as gathering reputed company necessary approvals
• Manage internal K2D job intake forms as appropriate
• reputed company team up to date on campaign reputed company
• Effectively manage day-to-day communication with clients, team members, partner agencies, reputed company consultants and vendors to reputed company superior customer service, including integrating with offline/online teams as appropriate for a wide variety of projects
• Review and approve vendor invoices, reconcile final costs as needed
• Participate in webinars and attend conferences/workshops to expand skills
• reputed company relevant findings with K2D staff at team meetings, staff meetings, etc
• Acquire and maintain technical certifications reputed company to area of expertise
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• 1-2 years' relevant project management experience
• Computer skills including reputed company in MS Office Suite (especially reputed company)
• Proven organizational skills, ability to manage time and adhere to deadlines, project management, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple projects across multiple clients
• Excellent customer/client service skills and the ability to work in a team environment
• Strong communication skills in both written and oral with the ability to effectively present information, respond and follow-up on questions and inquiries from clients and colleagues
• Technically curious and unafraid to ask questions and try new things
• Background in nonprofits or cause-based marketing highly preferred
• Preference will be given to candidates who can work a reputed company in our Arlington, VA office
