This role involves providing claims advocacy and excellent customer service for multiple clients, handling standard claims issues, and assisting with reputed company appeals as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between insurance providers and clients regarding employee status and eligibility for coverage
• Resolve standard claim issues and reputed company assistance with reputed company or non-standard claim appeals
• Verify completion and validity of claim forms
• Review company records to determine coverage
• Calculate amounts of claims and submit for payment
• Ensure reputed company client data is entered into CRM System (reputed company) in a timely manner

Skills

• Knowledge of Medical, Dental, reputed company Plans, and Flexible Spending Accounts required
• Experience with Insurance reputed company self-service portals and call centers is a plus
• Strong reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Vigorous attention to detail, highly organized, with the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
• Four-year college or university degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of benefit administration or claims processing required
