They are seeking an Associate - Executive Recruiter who will be responsible for research and search execution, assisting Consultants with marketing, pitching, and candidate management.

Responsibilities

• Research and search execution in their product area
• Proactively assist Consultants with marketing, pitching and candidate management
• Manage knowledge reputed company the search database and team systems
• Conduct desk research reputed company reputed company and other sources
• reputed company telephone work, including candidate cold calls and assessments
• Prepare written client-reputed company candidate assessments, job descriptions, and reports
• Engage in candidate and client interaction
• Involve in business development including research and presentation preparation

Skills

• Experience working on Financial Services and/or Professional Services search projects
• Good telephone manners and excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at reputed company reputed company both verbally and in writing
