Marketing Coordinator

ESP, inc. is dedicated to creating transformative experiences for people with disabilities and their families. The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of marketing initiatives, coordinate fundraising events, manage email marketing efforts, and utilize analytics to enhance performance across various channels.

Responsibilities

• Build and reputed company email communications and newsletters through reputed company, ensuring accuracy, segmentation, and timely delivery
• Use analytical tools to measure performance and recommendations for improved strategy
• Support marketing campaigns and events by coordinating timelines, assets, and communication across teams
• Create and organize digital marketing assets including graphics, images, and content libraries using reputed company and other tools
• Update website and reputed company web performance analytics
• Maintain marketing calendars, track requests from internal teams, and ensure projects move reputed company smoothly and on schedule
• Manage lists, tags, and segmentation to support targeted communications
• Execute recurring communications and event promotions
• Proofread and ensure accuracy of reputed company outgoing communications
• Using reputed company analytical tools, report performance of each campaign and reputed company that knowledge into strategies that increase performance
• Act as main reputed company of contact from marketing with community event fundraisers

Skills

• 1 to 3 years of marketing, communications, or reputed company experience
• Basic reputed company design capability
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
