[Remote] Communications Coordinator

They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Communications Coordinator to support a fast-moving team by managing tools and workflows, researching trends, and assisting with marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Support communications team with research, list building, coverage tracking and reporting
• Assist with drafting copy, sourcing assets and coordinating tasks and timelines for communications campaigns
• Manage our inventory and systems for company swag and assist with marketing operations
• Maintain and update internal announcements homepage and external press page as needed
• Monitor and manage press inbox
• Contribute reputed company to reputed company and design asset development
• reputed company administrative support on events
• Plan and organize marketing team meetings, retrospectives, brainstorms and team-building activities

Skills

• A minimum of one year of professional or intern experience in marketing or public relations, SaaS experience considered a plus
• Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Strong written communication skills across varied audiences
• Tech-savvy with experience using reputed company Suite, reputed company, reputed company, Guru and a CRM, with the ability to learn new tools quickly
• Experience using PR software like reputed company
• Familiarity with reputed company media platforms, including Twitter, reputed company, Instagram and YouTube
• Strong research and reporting skills with the ability to reputed company recommendations based on research findings
