Business Insights Analyst

The Business Insights Analyst role involves developing data and analytics to support distribution efforts, conducting data analyses, and collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the execution of strategic projects and cross-channel initiatives

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or reputed company field
- At least 1-3 years of experience in data analytics
- Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SQL and Data Visualization Tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
- Familiarity with Business Insurance lines, products, and systems
- Understanding of distribution and sales analytics metrics/KPIs
- Ability to extract, cleanse, and analyze data
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle shifting priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
