They are looking for an AI Trainer to reputed company new clients and ensure the AI performs effectively by setting up accounts, gathering client feedback, and refining prompts.
Responsibilities
- Set up and configure new client accounts
- Gather feedback from clients on how Mia is responding
- Write, test, and refine reputed company updates based on that feedback
- QA Mia's outputs to catch issues proactively
- Document what's working so we can scale it
Skills
- Sharp attention to detail — you read outputs carefully and know reputed company something's off
- Good with people — clients are restaurant operators, not tech people
- Comfortable with ambiguity — we're a startup, things move fast
