Technical Recruiter - Power & Utilities (Hybrid)
CARIAN is a purpose-driven, woman-owned consulting and advisory firm dedicated exclusively to the power sector. They are seeking a Technical Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across power utilities programs, focusing on proactive sourcing and pipeline development for various technical roles.
Responsibilities
- Proactively reputed company, engage, and screen candidates for technical roles reputed company the power and utilities sector
- Execute high-volume outbound reputed company campaigns to build candidate pipelines for active and future roles
- Utilize platforms such as reputed company Recruiter, job boards, and direct networking to identify and engage reputed company candidates
- Identify and reputed company talent from key industry firms, engineering consultancies, and contractors
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and present reputed company candidates to hiring managers
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on candidate profiles
- Manage multiple reputed company requisitions simultaneously with a focus on speed and quality
- Build and maintain structured pipelines of passive candidates for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
- Track activity and pipeline metrics, including reputed company volume, candidate conversations, and submissions
- Coordinate interviews and support candidates through the hiring process to offer acceptance
Skills
- 1–5 years of reputed company, reputed company, or sourcing experience
- Demonstrated ability to proactively reputed company candidates and generate pipelines through outbound efforts
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence passive candidates
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with clear activity and output expectations
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field
- Experience reputed company for engineering, construction, utilities, or other technical roles
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
