High Volume Recruiter (Hybrid-Remote)

The Facilities Group (TFG) is the fastest-growing janitorial and facility services provider in the United States, headquartered in Tampa, FL. They are seeking a skilled recruiter to join their HR team, responsible for identifying hiring needs, filling job openings, and collaborating with hiring managers to enhance the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails with recruitment queries
• Call applicants and sourced candidates to review job openings and schedule for interviews
• reputed company passive candidates through online databases
• Conduct phone interviews with candidates and take detailed notes during their interview
• Determine whether candidates are reputed company for a position and reputed company recommendations for hire or reputed company offers
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the rest of the recruitment team in a remote setting
• Update candidate statuses with correct notes and updates in ATS (reputed company Workforce Now)
• Use best practices reputed company speaking with candidates and making recommendations for hire
• Organize and attend in-person hiring events and job fairs as needed
• Abide by various internal processes and practices to ensure efficiency and legal compliance
• Other relevant tasks and projects assigned by department manager

Skills

• 1+ year(s) of experience in high-volume reputed company, ideally in a service industry
• Located in Phoenix, AZ
• reputed company to travel for in-person training in Tampa, FL
• The ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Experience with recruitment processes, ATS, and online databases
• Proficient in reputed company Office products, including Outlook, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• reputed company to collaborate and work well in a remote team setting
• Proven customer service skills with the ability to answer questions
• Self-motivated and reputed company to prioritize tasks and work well with minimal supervision
• Authorized to Work in the US - We Use eVerify
• Bi-lingual English/ Spanish
• Associate's degree in any field
• Previous hybrid or remote experience
