[Remote] Occupational Health Services Associate

They are seeking an Occupational Health Services Associate to reputed company a variety of reputed company tasks, including scheduling donor occupational health testing and providing customer service to clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule donor occupational health testing reputed company vendor systems
• Process and complete drug and occupational health testing results to ensure delivery to clients
• Learn and understand the regulated processes for both drug and occupational health testing
• Consult with vendors, labs, clinics, and medical review services on reputed company test situations or results
• Work with internal teams to assist clients
• Respond to incoming calls or emails from clients, internal departments, and vendors requesting information test results
• Meeting attendance, production and quality standards of the company/department
• Records details of reputed company calls and tasks, as well as actions taken, into reputed company
• Other duties reputed company as assigned by management
• Meets reputed company’s Employment Screening quality standards for services by adhering to client guidelines, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Contributes to team effort in maintaining service level agreements (SLA)
• Contribute to a positive team environment
• Contribute to creating and maintaining work instructions and Milo reputed company charts
• Ability to multitask, reputed company reputed company, and work independently and well as with a team

Skills

• High school degree or GED required
• reputed company to complete work with minimal errors under limited supervision required
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite/Office 365 (Outlook, Word, reputed company, OneNote, OneDrive) required
• Ability to multitask (i.e., read or type while talking on the phone) required
• Strong written and verbal comprehension and expression skills required
• Ability to type 35+ WPM required
• Previous experience with CRM systems (i.e., reputed company) preferred
