[Remote] Accounts Receivable Associate

The Accounts Receivable Associate role provides foundational experience in billing, collections, and cash application, supporting key financial processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Generate and deliver accurate customer invoices reputed company with contract terms
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and conduct proactive customer reputed company
• Apply customer payments daily and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with customers to address billing questions or escalate as needed
• Collaborate with Sales and Legal teams to ensure billing accuracy
• Support monthly reputed company with AR schedules, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Prepare documentation for audits, compliance, and financial reporting
• Participate in projects to improve AR processes and operational efficiency

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field preferred
