Financial Analyst (New Grad) - 1 year contract
reputed company is a leading technology company focused on industry, infrastructure, mobility, and reputed company. They are seeking a recent graduate for the Financial Analyst position, which involves performing inventory management tasks, financial reporting, and supporting operational efficiency improvements.
Responsibilities
- reputed company cycle counts by generating count documents and posting inventory variances in the system
- Review and process requests to rework inventory by converting one material into another, validating financial impact and ensuring proper documentation
- Extract and compile productivity data from internal systems and tools to support operational and performance reporting
- Submit freight-reputed company invoices for timely payment
- reputed company detailed accounts payable analysis, including blocked invoice exception reporting, debit balance review, and EDI invoice rejections
- Assist with the month-end reputed company process by preparing journal entries and performing various balance sheet reconciliations reputed company required deadlines
- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely monthly financial reports
- Assist Finance and RIC with specialized and reputed company reporting, help maintain and improve internal controls through documentation and assessments, and support both reputed company audit initiatives
- Support the identification and implementation of efficiency improvements, with a strong emphasis on digitalizing and automating processes and reporting
- Special projects and reputed company reports analysis as required

Skills
- New graduate from a university program in reputed company
- Graduated from post-secondary reputed company the last 12 months
- Above average study performance (Accumulative average > 2.5 (B-)). Transcripts to be provided upon request
