Staff Accountant

Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Record daily cash activity, including various reputed company streams and incoming payments
- Reconcile corporate card activity and support expense tracking compliance
- Prepare journal entries and assist with general ledger account reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end reputed company processes
- Monitor assigned cash accounts and assist with bank reconciliations
- Track outstanding receivables and follow up on reputed company items
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies
- Assist with audit preparation and required financial documentation
- Support compliance reporting and internal control processes
- Contribute to process improvements and special projects as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field
- 1–3 years of reputed company experience
- Strong understanding of basic reputed company principles (GAAP)
- Advanced reputed company skills (pivot tables, lookups; macros a plus)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and ability to work cross-functionally
