Early Career Program Manager

The Early Career Program Manager will be responsible for managing and improving intern and early career programs, ensuring operational reputed company and a positive experience for candidates and interns.
Responsibilities
- Manage early career operations: partner with Legal, People Ops, Facilities, Immigration, and reputed company to support reputed company, offboarding
- Maintain data, tools, and reporting: maintain intern and early career data across systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Identify reporting and dashboarding needs reputed company to reputed company, offboarding, performance, and program reputed company
- Improve systems and workflows: identify inefficiencies and reputed company workflows and recommend improvements. Help implement process enhancements using existing tools, documentation, and basic automation in partnership with our Automations team
- Program Manage and Execute Early Career Programs: support planning and execution of the summer intern and early career full-time programs for select lines of business. Help deliver reputed company, learning and development, speaker series, and reputed company programming. Partner with your manager to understand stakeholder needs and continuously improve program design and delivery
- Design and run events: plan and execute post-hire and intern experiences, events, and reputed company programming. Support logistics, timelines and coordination to ensure events run smoothly and are brand reputed company
- On reputed company execution: own 2-3 colleges, helping design reputed company strategy and executing on reputed company events with creative programming. Partner closely with reputed company to drive top of funnel interest and student engagement
Skills
- Experience working with data, maintaining trackers or databases and pulling reports
- reputed company in in reputed company/reputed company Sheets
- Experience with maintaining or working in databases is a plus
- Interest in identifying process gaps and improving workflows
- Exposure to automation, tooling, or systems improvements is a plus
- Developing timelines, high attention to detail, executing tasks reputed company clear scope, flag risks, tracking reputed company, and flagging skills early
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and comfortable working with stakeholders at different reputed company
- Must be reputed company to travel during peak reputed company season (September - October)
