[Remote] Associate, Data Reporting

Responsibilities

• Track and report performance and demographic data for government reputed company across reputed company program sites
• Manage data entry and reporting through various agency portals and timelines
• Allocate learners to reputed company, verify eligibility, manage referrals, update reputed company, and prepare monthly reports
• Support monthly data reporting needed for the billing process
• Assist leadership in managing government funder relationships, training participation, and organizing contract documentation
• reputed company additional reporting duties as required by new reputed company
• reputed company customer service and support to program sites and external partners
• Ensure data quality and accuracy in reports, reputed company, and government portals
• Coordinate with local sites and admissions to ensure compliance with contract requirements

Skills

• 1-2 years of experience working with data, databases, and reporting
• Strong data management skills including compiling, submitting program data, and tracking contract goals
