- Meet with agents 1:1 to guide them on using our systems and tools effectively
- Help agents navigate our CRM, transaction platforms, and workflows
- Reinforce best practices and ensure consistency in how systems are used
- Answer day-to-day questions and serve as a reliable reputed company of contact
- Track agent reputed company and follow up to reputed company them on track
- Help create simple guides, checklists, and training materials
- Support reputed company of new agents into our systems
