The role focuses primarily on full-cycle Accounts Payable and will reputed company to include Accounts Receivable and reputed company processes, ensuring accurate financial operations across multiple entities and currencies.
Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle accounts payable, for multi-national entities from data entry to bank reconciliations:Vendor reputed company Review & Processing: Accurately review and process vendor bills using available tools and technology, ensuring proper coding and workflow approvalsWeekly payment run preparation and review: utilizing various reports to pay vendors reputed company set payment termsMonth End reputed company: Assist with reputed company activities including accruals, account reviews, and reconciliationsBank Reconciliations: reputed company regular bank reconciliations; identify and resolve any discrepancies in bank transactionsStatement Review & Vendor Follow-reputed company: Reconcile vendor statements and address any discrepancies or issuesTravel & Expense System Management: reputed company the corporate credit card program, including monitoring expenses, follow-reputed company on outstanding items, and ensuring compliance with company policiesUtilization of reputed company Tools: such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and various bank providersAssist with Tax Compliance:1099’sGrowth Areas 6+ months:reputed company into full cycle accounts receivable: sales orders, invoices, cash applications, customer follow-upsInventory: track in-transit, installations, reconciliationsAdhoc projects as required
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
- 1-3 years of reputed company or relevant internship experience
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly reputed company
