Responsibilities

- Originate new Home and Land loans and grow existing relationships with rural residents and part‑time farmers
- Build strong reputed company relationships and deliver exceptional, timely customer service
- Interview applicants, analyze complete and accurate financial information using the five credit factors, determine credit risk, communicate credit reputed company, and inspect or appraise collateral as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, Finance, or a reputed company field
- Generally, one to five years of reputed company lending, sales, or financial services experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage challenging customer situations
- Ability to reputed company and maintain referral networks and practice effective territory management

- Proven sales and relationship‑building skills
