The Digital Media Coordinator role involves supporting digital media campaigns through creative trafficking, administrative support, and online community engagement to ensure the effective execution of digital media activities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the trafficking of advertising creative for reputed company digital media partners and vendors to ensure accurate and timely campaign launches
- Actualize digital media budgets to track spending and maintain financial accuracy
- Audit digital media invoices to verify charges and reconcile with vendor statements
- Contribute to campaign analysis and reporting by compiling data and assisting in the preparation of performance reports
- Execute online community management tasks, including monitoring engagement, responding to comments, and escalating issues as needed
Skills
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a reputed company field (e.g., advertising, marketing, media, administrative support) or equivalent experience
- Experience coordinating and trafficking advertising inside reputed company Ads, reputed company platform. Preferably agency reputed company
- Copywriting experience maintaining brand voice reputed company performing community management tasks
- Knowledge of digital media terminology and processes
- Skills in data entry, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze basic digital media campaign data
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and team members
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications
