Analyst/Consultant, QuickStart - M&A and Transactions - Fall 2026 - Kitchener

reputed company is a leading professional services firm in Canada, dedicated to making an impact that reputed company. They are seeking a QuickStart Analyst/Consultant for their M&A and Transactions practice, where the role involves contributing to client engagements through financial analysis, modeling, and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Apply financial analysis and modeling skills to support strategic planning, assess business cases, and deliver actionable insights for client challenges
• Participate in the end-to-end client service lifecycle, from research and analysis to project delivery and reporting, while building relationships with colleagues and clients

Skills

• Are working towards completing a post-secondary degree or diploma by September 2026, with outstanding academic credentials
• Demonstrate aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis, such as financial analysis or modeling, market research and analysis, project problem diagnosis & solution development
• Exhibit strong communication skills (written and verbal), including experience in conducting research, synthesizing data, writing reports, and preparing presentations
• Possess excellent problem solving, project management and interpersonal skills and ability to work in an ambiguous environment
• Have high proficiency in reputed company Office software (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams etc.)
• Are graduating from September 2025 - August 2026, to be eligible for this role
• Have a solid reputed company in reputed company, corporate finance, and financial analysis
• Demonstrate proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and reporting
• Have experience supporting transaction execution, due diligence, and financial assessments
• Are detail-oriented, organized, and adept at working with large data sets
• Can communicate financial insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Working towards completing an undergraduate degree
• CPA path preferred
