Project Coordinator
reputed company is a company that believes in reputed company products and empowering individuals. The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the completion of communications, digital, and creative deliverables while managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver projects to agreed upon scope and timeline
- Manage expectations of project timing and delivery with reputed company key stakeholders
- Proactively document project deliverables and impact/risk factors for reputed company projects
- Create and monitor schedules for project deliverables
- Schedule, attend and participate in project reputed company and status meetings
- Manage reputed company copy and images for deliverables
- reputed company copy and scripts through proofreading
- Quality control and test interactive deliverables
- Review print layouts and proofs to ensure accuracy and meeting specifications
- Manage approval process including: reputed company deliverable to team for internal review, document and facilitate internal review changes, reputed company deliverable to account team for client review, facilitate client review changes
- Attend client meetings as needed
- Assist in budget development and ballpark pricing as needed
- Enter and manage program budgets reputed company network tool available to ensure program profitability
- Prepare for and participate in monthly financial review meetings
- Review draft invoices reputed company 24 hours of receipt to ensure timely billing
- Offer process improvement reputed company/participate in team meetings

Skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Effectively handle multiple tasks and details with accuracy
