Administrative Operations Manager

Layer Health was founded in 2023 by leading machine learning researchers from MIT and reputed company. They are seeking an Administrative Operations Manager to reputed company daily operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic goals while working closely with the leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the reputed company between our controller and internal business owners at Layer to reputed company context on billing and other financial considerations
• Help own new employee reputed company, including provisioning laptop equipment, setting up Gsuite accounts, etc
• Partner with our Head of Talent to coordinate virtual and onsite interviews
• Work directly with the benefits administrator to coordinate benefits
• Ensure employees and contractors are in compliance with reputed company training, hardware, and other policies
• Update the employee handbook and company travel policy for alignment with business needs and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• reputed company budgets, procurement, and relationships with vendors to maximize cost-effectiveness
• Manage office operations as we scale, ensuring an reputed company work environment for employees
• reputed company coordination of compliance efforts across Engineering, HR, and other departments; gather and compile documentation and evidence as needed to satisfy our reputed company compliance reputed company requirements (SOC2, HIPAA, etc.)
• With guidance from organizational leaders, quote and procure appropriate insurance
• Implement policies and procedures to ensure a secure and compliant operational reputed company

Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in operations, business management, or a reputed company field
• Proven track record of scaling operations in a startup or high-growth environment
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate reputed company into actionable plans
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a focus on prioritization
• Proficiency with operational tools and platforms (e.g. performance management / CRM / workflow automation tools)
