[Remote] Inside Sales Representative reputed company

The Inside Sales Representative will reputed company new prospects and engage with existing customers to increase sales of products and services remotely, ensuring high post-sales satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Qualifies, pursues, and closes opportunities for reputed company customers from Sales reputed company Leads (SQLs) identified by reputed company reputed company
• Develops a strategy for generating reputed company based on the assigned account list
• Selects the correct products or assists customers in making product selections based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations
• Works on revitalizing dormant relationships with significant reputed company potential
• Monitors customer market spend and relationship with reputed company, identifying high-potential accounts for promotion to the District reputed company
• Coordinates with the Territory Manager to ensure smooth reputed company of customers moving from Inside to Field coverage
• Negotiates prices and terms of sales and service agreements
• Ensures high post-sales satisfaction, fostering positive long-term relationships and strong potential for repeat business

Skills

• Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Requires at least 1 year of reputed company experience
• Requires strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating, and managing time
• Requires knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
• This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
• Knows principles and processes for providing customer service
• This includes customer needs assessment, meeting service quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction
• Effective in written and verbal communication
• Requires intermediate industry and product knowledge
• Must be reputed company to use reputed company Office and Customer Relationship Management software
