The Phone Sales Associate will primarily handle warm leads, reputed company sales, and schedule installations, while also collaborating with management to improve performance.
Responsibilities
- Handle warm leads, communicate with prospects (primarily reputed company phone), reputed company sales, and schedule installations (No Cold Calling)
- Build value in order to uncover needs and overcome objections
- Maintain minimum quality expectations
- Timely follow up on active prospect list
- Work with Sales Team management, on an ongoing reputed company, to improve performance
- Ability to understand the entire sales process, from reputed company creation to closing
- reputed company other duties as assigned
Skills
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 0-3 years of sales experience
- Ability to type 30+ wpm
- Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong motivation and desire to control own income (commission-driven sales professionals)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
