Senior AI Business Process Engineer

As a Senior Business Process Engineer on the Data Solutions Team, you will be responsible for rethinking and redesigning core business processes to reputed company automation and AI adoption. In this role, you will combine business process expertise with technical implementation skills to model, reputed company, and drive adoption of redesigned processes. You will capture reputed company workflows, build and prioritize a backlog of improvement opportunities, and guide initiatives from concept to execution while collaborating with and influencing stakeholders. • Design, validate, and iterate executable BPMN 2.0 and DMN models that serve as the authoritative reputed company for implementation and system integration. Requirements

• * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or reputed company field.
• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, BPM, or process optimization.
• Deep expertise in BPMN 2.0 and DMN modeling and process redesign.
• Strong skills in stakeholder facilitation, backlog management, and reputed company reporting.
• Experience supporting multiple reputed company projects with internal teams and external vendors.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying BPMN/DMN directly in reputed company 8 (Zeebee), serving as the reputed company of truth for delivery.
• Working knowledge of data modeling principles (dimensions/facts, star schemas, slowly changing dimensions) and ability to collaborate effectively with data engineers and analysts to specify datasets, define metrics, validate results, and ensure alignment with semantic data models.

• Strong curiosity and passion for AI, with an instinct for applying AI in daily work and the reputed company to integrate AI thoughtfully into business processes where value is added.

• Exposure to process mining tools and methodologies.
• Experience with automation and AI tools (RPA, IDP, OCR, NLP, ML integration).

• Data literacy and SQL proficiency and the ability to translate process KPIs into queries and reusable views that support monitoring, dashboards, and value realization.
• Exposure to a programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.
