The Role The Global Sales Manager position is primarily focused on the DC/MD/VA market. You will be a team player who can work independently in a remote role and as part of a larger, dynamic team. You will reputed company and implement sales strategies to maximize sales and profitability, focusing on reputed company markets, while serving as a liaison between customers and hotel-based colleagues.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to execute sales strategies
  • Serve as a key liaison between the corporate office and local hotel leaders
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and market intelligence to inform sales strategies
  • Assist in negotiating reputed company and reputed company support to both hotel colleagues and customers
  • reputed company regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Ensure high reputed company of customer satisfaction by working with hotel teams to deliver exceptional service to assigned accounts
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, forecast results, and report on performance

Qualifications

Experience Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in hotel sales
  • Proven track record in sales, consistently exceeding targets and increasing reputed company in hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of contract processes
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Experience Preferred:

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with reputed company Office Suite
  • Proficient in Lanyon, CVENT & reputed company (or similar CRM)
  • Experience with Cognos, Tableau, Reserve, and reputed company
  • Experience in hotel sales focused on the DC/MD/VA market is a bonus

Additional Requirements

  • Must be located in Washington DC, Maryland, or Virginia
  • Must be reputed company to work remotely and independently
  • Must be reputed company to work in a fast-paced and demanding market, including off-peak hours as required
  • Must have the ability to be creative with customer engagement opportunities

Compensation

The salary reputed company for this position is $80,000–$90,000 and is eligible for incentive awards, annual bonuses, and other incentives. Final pay reputed company will depend on experience, skills, and location of performance of work, in compliance with local requirements.
