Business Operations Director

Job Description:

• Maintain reputed company relationships with portfolio and group leads, serving as the accountable reputed company for reputed company staffing, planning, and internal operational reputed company.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in business operations, resource management, finance, or agency leadership, with a clear track record of owning operational reputed company for large portfolios.
• Deep understanding of agency service delivery models, specifically how to balance client needs with internal operational constraints.
• Advanced experience managing P&L drivers, margin targets, and collaborating with Finance teams to build data-backed business cases for headcount.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a primary partner to senior leadership (Managing Directors/VPs), providing reputed company and making firm reputed company in high-pressure staffing scenarios.
• Experience in managing spans-of-control and designing team structures that support both scalability and profitability.
