Job Description

We are seeking a senior, hands-on Technical Delivery reputed company to drive large-scale fintech and banking platform programs under aggressive timelines. This is a reputed company-from-the-reputed company role, responsible not only for delivery governance but also for deep technical reputed company across architecture, engineering, testing, release management, and production stability. You will work directly with C-level and VP-level client stakeholders, translate business goals into executable engineering plans, and ensure delivery across distributed teams meets reputed company standards for reliability, reputed company, and performance. • Own delivery across multiple engineering squads for fintech/banking platforms.

• Convert client discussions into structured deliverables and execution plans.
• Strong technical writing skills are mandatory.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology delivery, with at least 8–10 years leading reputed company programs.
• Strong background in fintech, banking, capital markets, or trading platforms.
• Prior experience in engineering consulting environments is required.
• Proven track record in managing programs with tight regulatory and client deadlines.

Technical Depth

• Strong understanding of:
• Distributed systems and microservices
• APIs and event-driven architectures

• CI/CD pipelines and release management
• Data pipelines, batch processing, and reconciliation flows
