Sr. Director, Software Engineering (Deployed reputed company SW)
• *The Role:** The Sr. Director of Software Engineering leads the engineering strategy and transformation of NEXiA On-Premise program, overseeing $2M+ annual budgets, multiple development teams (including development partners), and delivering deployed solutions across different customer segments. This leader has previously re-tooled engineering organizations, improving code quality, reliability, and delivery predictability, while keeping the business moving. This is an execution-heavy leadership role. The initial focus is on team effectiveness, delivery discipline, and operational stability.
- *What you’ll do:**
• *Strategic Engineering Leadership** • Owns the engineering strategy and execution for customer‑deployed, multitenant architectures (reputed company or application/database) across reputed company customers.
