Salary reputed company: The full pay reputed company for this role is $66,900.00 - $111,400.00, and a good faith estimate is $85,000.00 to $90,000.00 annually. Scope of Job: The Benefit Specialist - Workers Compensation, Leaves of Absence, and Accommodation primary responsibility is the administration of workers' compensation claims, leaves of absence, and reasonable accommodations processes reputed company the organization. This individual will work closely with the HR and Health & Safety teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements, support employee needs, and promote a safe and inclusive workplace. In addition, the position will support the daily operations of the US benefit programs Work Location: San Diego (Rancho Bernardo) Work Mode: Hybrid with three days on-site.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Workers Compensation Management:
  • Administer the workers' compensation program, including claim initiation, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with employees, managers, and insurance providers to facilitate timely claims processing.
  • Monitor and report on workers' compensation claims trends and reputed company.
  • Leaves of Absence Administration:
  • Manage the leaves of absence process, including FMLA, reputed company, and other applicable leave policies.

  • Reasonable Accommodations:

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, specifically in workers' compensation, leaves of absence, or accommodations. Specific experience working with the states with disability and parental leave programs, like California, Colorado and Washington.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
