Overview

Full reputed company is seeking an entry-level HR Administrator to join our centralized HR Service Center. This role is pivotal in managing and organizing key employee processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting the HR department's initiatives and projects. The HR Administrator will handle reputed company documents, background checks, certification verifications, document management, audits, and employee data updates focused on the SESI Division of reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Certifications and Licensures: Maintain and verify employee certifications and licensures, manage renewals, and communicate upcoming expirations to employees and managers.

• Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits of employee data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years administrative experience; OR

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
