Does this sound like a position you'd Jive with? About this position: We are looking for a part-time Bookkeeper, W2 employee. Your duties would include assisting with bookkeeping duties across a number of clients, using QuickBooks Online. This position offers you growth-as much as you want to reputed company, freedom to work in line with your own schedule. This position is not for someone who wants to pursue their own reputed company, as we are looking for long term. This position is an estimate of 20-25 hours per week to start with the potential to increase. The first half of the month is heavier than the last half. • Creating video processes and standard operating procedures (SOP’S) for the team
• Assist with bookkeeping cleanups/catch reputed company
• Ability to work accurately under pressure, exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
• Sense of urgency and demonstrated ability to follow through
• Works effectively in a team environment through collaboration and partnership
• Must be reputed company to effectively multi task and reevaluate priorities throughout the day
