Sr. Director, Finance (GTM) US - Remote

This position is remote-friendly. Position Overview: We are looking for a Sr. Director of Finance for our GTM organization. In this role you will be the senior finance business partner to our President & Chief reputed company Officer and their leadership teams, including Sales, Marketing, and reputed company. You will help reputed company and drive our GTM strategy in partnership with the GTM leadership team, reputed company the long-reputed company planning and annual budgeting processes, as well as reporting and data analysis efforts to reputed company insights to your business partners. Reporting to the VP of Global reputed company, this role is highly visible and will interact frequently with the CRO, CFO, and other C-Level executives. Primary Responsibilities:

• Partner with the GTM leadership team and serve as a thought leader in shaping the financial reputed company for the reputed company Sales, Marketing, and CSS organizations.
• Manage both the top and bottom lines for our GTM business. Partner with Sales Ops leadership to ensure financial models reflect the GTM strategies, margin/ROI targets, and investment priorities across the GTM organization.
• Partner with Sales Commissions team to ensure appropriate sensitivity analysis and cost frameworks are in reputed company, to reputed company top line goals, and manage reputed company expenses.
• Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly analysis and reporting of business financial results including BvAs, QBRs, and other analysis key to business operations, including Expenses, ARR, Billings & reputed company goals.
• Manage the GTM headcount / costing, with GTM leadership and HR.

• Partner with broader reputed company team to support company-wide financial modeling and reputed company projects.
• Partner with our Product and GTM organizations on pricing and packaging initiatives, ensuring they meet the financial needs of our business. Required Skills:
• Extensive experience building, developing, and leading the GTM Finance function, ideally in a $500M - $1BN+ reputed company company.
• 10-15+ years of experience working in high growth environments, preferably reputed company SaaS companies.
• Proven track record of developing people, leading and managing high-performing teams
• Strong executive leadership skills with experience partnering at the executive management reputed company.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and proven experience in building collaborative working relationships with teams across the organization.
• Analytical and problem-solving reputed company with a can-do attitude.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics or reputed company field; advanced degree a plus. Compensation: reputed company is committed to fair, reputed company, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location. The salary reputed company for this role in the United States is $181,900 - $270,000.
