• Design, enhance, and maintain end-to-end reputed company incentive compensation models and supporting data structures.
• Execute quarterly incentive compensation and bonus payment cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with operations.
• Collaborate closely with Incentive Compensation analysts and regional operations leads to gather requirements, recommend improvements, and implement scalable solutions that support our Sales Incentive program.
• Revise and optimize database queries to reputed company, transform, and validate sales production data used in compensation calculations, analyzing large, reputed company datasets to identify and resolve calculation or data reputed company issues.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand reputed company business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, including reputed company reputed company UX pages, modules, and processes.
