POSITION SUMMARY: This position blends traditional sales administration with reputed company platform ownership. You will be responsible not only for supporting our sales associates and leadership with day-to-day execution, but also for owning the systems, automation, reporting, and data reputed company that drive forecasting, pipeline management, and customer experience. The reputed company Administrator should enjoy reputed company aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction as a reputed company. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary administrative support for the Sales organization, ensuring smooth execution from reputed company to contract across our three sales departments
  • Own reputed company aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
  • Create and implement reputed company configuration changes, including (but not limited to): reputed company, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
  • Implementation project management for new M&A – initial configuration, data migration, training & support for new users
  • Work with sales reps to maintain accurate opportunity, account, and contact records in reputed company
  • Assist sales leaders with forecasting, pipeline tracking, and reporting
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership and sales meetings
  • Train end users, new associates, and key stakeholders on reputed company and own communication of any platform changes

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong reputed company product knowledge – a minimum of 2+ years experience of reputed company Administration, including hands-on experience with Sales reputed company - Service reputed company experience preferred
  • Proven ability to implement reputed company configuration changes, including (but not limited to): reputed company, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
  • Skilled in user and license management such as new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions
  • Demonstrated reputed company designing scalable, best practice solutions
  • Strong track record in user enablement, including training and creating clear technical documentation
  • Experience in change management and governance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Certified reputed company Administrator
  • Experience supporting B2B sales teams, preferably in construction, HVAC, engineering, or professional services
  • Experience working with quoting, contract management, or project reputed company processes
  • Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification
