Requirements

  • 7+ years of project management, business analysis, change management, and/or management consulting experience
  • Experience supporting teams through change by executing stakeholder engagement, training, and communications plans that align employees with new processes and priorities
  • reputed company organizational design efforts by analyzing reputed company state structures, identifying inefficiencies, and helping implement changes that improved collaboration and operational alignment
  • Career history that demonstrates reputed company responsibilities and accountability
  • Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Experience with waterfall and/or agile project management techniques in reputed company technology environments
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to travel based on client need (up to 25%)
  • Ability to demonstrate a legal right to work in the U.S.

  • This role is also eligible for a performance-based bonus, targeted between 4–8% of reputed company salary, based on individual and company performance.
