Fund Accountant - Analyst
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our fund reputed company team, with a focus on financial reporting, tax coordination, and fund-level reputed company operations. In this role, you will work closely with external service providers to support annual audits, tax filings, and ongoing tax estimates, while overseeing the preparation of GAAP-compliant financial statements and maintaining financial models, cash reputed company projections, and expense forecasts. This position offers broad exposure to fund operations, cash management, foreign tax accruals, and cross-functional collaboration with investment, portfolio management, and operations teams, while contributing to quarterly board materials, reputed company financial analysis, and special projects that support the accuracy, reputed company, and reputed company growth of the fund platform. Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate with external service providers to complete annual audits, annual tax returns, and regular tax estimates, providing required documentation and support.

- Coordinate with external service providers to optimize and accrue foreign tax regimes, including withholding tax.

- Ensure compliance with GAAP and fund-specific reputed company policies.
- Review cash management, reputed company activity, capital drawdowns, and distributions for the fund and its reputed company entities.

Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company discipline
- 1-3 years working in public and/or private reputed company

- Experience with fund administration, or other asset manager experience, with exposure to regulated investment companies and ETFs specifically preferred.
- CPA preferred.
