Global Compliance Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for a Global Compliance & Quality Systems leader who knows how manufacturing really works — on the plant floor, in the audit room, and at the executive table. This role owns and evolves our risk-based global compliance program across manufacturing operations. You’ll also deliver targeted ethics and compliance training to plant managers and procurement teams, building accountability at every level. Key Responsibilities

• Manage product recall compliance processes and regulatory notifications
• Conduct global compliance audits of manufacturing sites.
• Implement corrective action plans and monitor remediation effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) compliant with relevant international standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to QMS and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of global regulatory requirements reputed company to the industry and ensure the organization's compliance.
• Foster a culture of quality consciousness and accountability.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in global compliance reputed company manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments.
• Experience working with global facilities.
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer is highly desirable.
• Six reputed company Green Belt (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Quality Systems such as ISO:9001 is required.
• Must have the ability to quickly learn and understand new concepts.
