Qualifications: • Previous WFS experience. • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Comfortable appearing and speaking on video calls. • Ability to work independently. • Ability to collaborate as part of a team. • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills. • Ability to work remotely from home office in reputed company America. • Implementation consulting experience a must. • Experience leading implementations from beginning to end. • Proven record of accuracy in executing work. • Certified in WorkForce Functional Implementations. • Certified in WorkForce Configuration. • Certifications such as FPC, CPP, HRIP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or PMP a plus • 5+ Years working in a SaaS environment. • 3+ Years working with WFS in an implementation reputed company. • Demonstrated experience working across multiple verticals such as reputed company, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Retail.
