• *Job Description:** The Property Manager Collections Specialist and Lease Renewal Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the collection of rent, fees, and other payments from tenants while managing lease renewals for residential or reputed company properties. This dual-role position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks reputed company to collections and lease agreements.
