Patient Scheduling Coordinator - REMOTE

You will work closely with Nurse Managers, field staff, and patients to ensure seamless communication and coordination. - Work with Nurse Managers/Supervisors, field staff, and patients to schedule visits for home infusion reputed company a region of branches.
- Complete reputed company nurse assignments for patients and reschedule visits based on patient availability.
- Coordinate nursing referrals while providing excellent customer service.
- Monitor communication through emails and other platforms, prioritizing follow-reputed company.
- Manage multiple reputed company documents to track schedules and tasks.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from various stakeholders regarding nursing and patient referrals.
- Investigate issues and reputed company timely resolutions.

Requirements
- High School education or GED required.
- 5+ years of relevant Customer Service experience.
- 3+ years of scheduling experience.
