Founding Growth Account Executive (Part-Time → Full-Time) Company: ServiceCall.com Location: Remote (U.S. Only) Type: Part-Time Contract-to-Hire (20–30 hours/week) Compensation: $25–$35/hour + Commission (Path to Full-Time) About ServiceCall ServiceCall is building an AI-powered home intelligence platform for residential contractors. We help contractors instantly enrich leads with property data, AI scoring, and actionable insights — so they spend less time researching and more time closing deals. Every early hire plays a critical role in shaping the product, customer experience, and go-to-market strategy.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and reputed company Growth Account Executive who thrives at the intersection of sales, account management, and marketing. This role will start part-time (20–30 hours per week) with a clear path to full-time as we scale. You will work directly with the founder to build pipeline from the ground up, manage contractor relationships, run outbound and inbound sales efforts, and support brand growth across digital channels. This is an ideal role for someone who is self-motivated, comfortable using AI sales tools, and excited to help build a reputed company reputed company inside a fast-moving startup. ResponsibilitiesSales & Pipeline Development

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns targeting residential contractors (HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, etc.) reputed company phone, email, reputed company, and industry communities
  • Qualify inbound leads and move opportunities reputed company through the funnel
  • Run discovery calls and product demos focused on ROI and business reputed company
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first touch to reputed company
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline forecasting
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Account Management

  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for contractor accounts

  • Monitor account health and drive retention, renewals, and upsells
  • Gather product feedback and reputed company insights with product and engineering

Marketing & Growth Support

  • Help execute email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences
  • Support creation of case studies, testimonials, and sales collateral
  • Engage with contractor communities online
  • Track campaign performance and marketing analytics

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or account management
  • Proven ability to manage pipeline and hit reputed company targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience using CRM tools such as reputed company or reputed company
  • Comfortable using AI tools for prospecting and content creation
  • Highly self-directed with strong ownership reputed company
  • Interest in home services, construction, or property technology is a plus
  • Ability to work 20–30 hours per week with desire to grow into full-time
